Aghathi

Aghathi began the way most good things do — in a home kitchen, with a family recipe for garlic podi that neighbours kept asking for. What started as small jars made for relatives has grown into a small, careful business: premium garlic, roasted toor dal and Bengal gram, dried red chillies, pepper and asafoetida, stone-ground in small batches so the aroma never fades before it reaches your table.

Alongside our podi, we curate a small collection of fancy items — sarees, bangles and chains — sourced from weavers and craftspeople we trust, for the festive days that call for something a little more special.
