Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines:

Tamil Nadu: 2–5 business days
South India: 3–6 business days
Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, courier delays, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

Free shipping, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Packages

Customers should inspect the package upon delivery.

If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with, customers should:

Refuse delivery where appropriate.
Record photographs or videos before opening.
Contact customer support within 24 hours.
